Even those who experience allergic reactions just thinking about the song "Last Christmas" by the group "Wham" won't be able to completely ignore the charm of a Christmas market. After all, mulled wine only tastes good at an Advent market anyway, and the grilled sausages at the Winterdom in Hamburg have long been eaten. When the tent is heated and there is actually an illusion of snow outside, even the most stubborn Christmas hater will make his peace with a visit to a Christmas market.
But now you can't hold your company party, e.g. at the public Christmas market at Doberaner Platz in Rostock, where the boss would then have to give his Christmas speech among other visitors who do not belong to the company. So you don't go to the Christmas market, the Christmas market comes to you!
If you do not have a suitable space on your company premises (e.g. a warehouse, which we then furnish and prepare for Christmas), the core of the event consists of a heated marquee, either equipped with rustic beer tent sets, or our comfortable lounge furniture made of polyrattan (more on this see our PARTY TENT RENTAL section). We set up a large, festively decorated Christmas tree in the middle of the ballroom or marquee.
Our marquees can either be equipped with a wooden floor, or we scatter wood chips on the floor.
And even if there is not enough space for the marquees, your Christmas market will take place in a beautiful place in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, e.g. on the banks of the Müritz or Fleesensee, where we can provide appropriate areas.
The relevant Christmas stalls are then grouped around this core in the form of pagoda-shaped red or cream-colored party tents, which we can also equip with seats (depending on the size).
What would a Christmas market be without grilled sausages? Therefore, a barbecue stand is an elementary part of every Christmas market. Of course, the dishes offered are based on your specifications, e.g. grilled food made only from organic meat, vegetarian sausages, or dishes without pork, whereby the dishes without pork are then also prepared on a separate grill.
And it goes without saying that we usually don't serve the food on paper plates, but on porcelain plates and with the right cutlery, so that mountains of waste are avoided.
As a second integral part of every Christmas market, a drinks bar should not be missing. If, due to internal company regulations, no alcoholic beverages should be served, we will set up a hot beverage machine with mulled wine hidden under the counter to create the typical scent of mulled wine.
In the meantime, however, the non-alcoholic versions of mulled wine and beer are hardly inferior to their alcoholic originals in terms of taste and smell.
To keep the hot drinks warm, we can offer either modern hot drink machines or nostalgic samovars.
Beverages are served in porcelain cups and not in disposable cups.
The Christmas bakery continues. This is a stand where, for example, Belgian waffles are freshly prepared and other pastries are served.
Either there, or at another stand, there could be the obligatory gingerbread hearts. The hearts are either already labeled in a way that is typical of the fair, or the guests can design their own gingerbread hearts on site.
A counter with sweets (e.g. roasted almonds, Nappos, rubber snakes or freshly prepared cotton candy) could round off the range.
Depending on the size of your Christmas market, other stands, such as a stand offering hot soups, throwing cans, or stands with Christmas handicrafts can be added.
Our walk-in XXL snow globe with a diameter of approx. 3m is always an attraction. To create the flurry of snow inside, white foam plastic flakes are whirled around by fans.
To complete the Christmas ambience, we can then set up "snow machines" that eject realistic foam "snowflakes" up to 4m away. The flakes decompose completely by themselves after some time.
As an alternative, we can also deliver real snow (regardless of the season), from which a real snow bar or even a small toboggan run can be prepared.
The ensemble is rounded off by lavish Christmas decorations, e.g. illuminated Christmas trees, dummy gifts, bowls made of Murano glass with nuts and gingerbread, etc. A fire bowl in the middle could create the right atmosphere.
Of course, that too can still be expanded. We can get the celebration going with DJ music, a band, or karaoke of Christmas carols.
And if there are children among the guests, a "real" Santa Claus can also be the contact point for children's wishes.
