Mobile Christmas market:
From the end of August, gingerbread, speculoos, and other Christmas treats are already on offer in supermarkets. At first, you try to ignore the inevitable, but then suddenly it's December and nothing is prepared.
Of course, you could frantically try to reserve a table for the company Christmas dinner at your usual Italian restaurant, but that won't win you any prizes for the most creative idea.
But then, suddenly, the virtual aroma of grilled sausages, mulled wine, and Christmas baking fills your nostrils, and your mouth starts watering. That's the solution: the Christmas market!
But you can't exactly hold your company Christmas party at the public Christmas market at Doberaner Platz in Rostock, where the boss would have to give his Christmas speech among other visitors who aren't company employees. So instead of going to the Christmas market, do what the ADAC in Hamburg or the Asklepios Clinic in Parchim do: the Christmas market comes to you!
We'll set up a proper little Christmas market on your company premises, just for your employees.
The basic package includes a furnished and heated marquee, a grill, Christmas baking, mulled wine and other drinks, as well as gingerbread hearts, roasted almonds, and much more.
The centerpiece of your company Christmas party is the heated marquee.
We can furnish it with your choice of rustic beer garden furniture or our comfortable polyrattan lounge furniture, as well as patio heaters. (Learn more about our tents and furniture in our MARQUET TENT RENTAL section.)
In the center of the marquee, we place a large, festively decorated Christmas tree.
Inside the marquee and in the open area in front of the tents, we spread wood chips on the ground. This creates an authentic atmosphere.
Around this central area, the various booths in the form of additional tents are then arranged..
Mulled wine,
punch, and other hot drinks (including non-alcoholic options) are another integral part of every Christmas market.
To keep the hot drinks warm, we offer a choice of modern hot drink vending machines or nostalgic samovars.
Of course, beer, soft drinks, and mineral water are also available. Drinks are served in porcelain mugs, not disposable cups.
Next up is the Christmas bakery, where Belgian waffles are freshly made and other pastries are served.
Either there, or at another stall, you might find the obligatory gingerbread hearts. The hearts are either already decorated in typical fairground style, or guests can personalize their gingerbread hearts themselves (for an extra charge).
A counter with sweets (e.g., roasted almonds, hamburger bacon, Nappos, gummy snakes) completes the selection.
Depending on the size of their Christmas market, additional stalls may be added, such as a stand offering mushroom dishes or hot soups, or games like can throwing.
A perennial favorite is the Christmas ornament shooting, where ornaments are shot down from a decorated Christmas tree using an air rifle.
An extraordinary highlight is our walk-in XXL snow globe, approximately 3 meters in diameter. To create the snowy effect inside, white foam flakes are swirled around by blowers.
To complete the festive atmosphere, we can also set up "snow machines" that throw realistic foam "snowflakes" up to 4 meters away. The flakes completely disintegrate on their own after a while.
The ensemble is rounded off by lavish Christmas decorations, such as illuminated Christmas trees, fake gifts, Murano glass bowls with nuts and gingerbread, etc. A fire bowl in the middle could create the right atmosphere.
Of course, there's still room for expansion. We can liven up the party with music from a DJ, a band, or even karaoke of Christmas carols.
And if there are children among the guests, a "real" Santa Claus can be on hand to fulfill their wishes.
And if that's not icy enough, we'll bring a large block of clear ice that you can carve into a sculpture yourself with a chainsaw. Or you can play a round of Jenga, but instead of wooden blocks, the tower will be made of ice blocks. You can see more about that in our VIDEO.

A marquee with approximately 72 square meters of floor space, furnished with lounge furniture and a festively decorated Christmas tree. Seating for approximately 130 guests.
Additionally, two barbecue tents with 9-16 square meters of floor space. Charcoal, gas, or electric grills are available.
Additionally, two tents with approximately 9-16 square meters of floor space are available for serving drinks. Equipped with a bar and a choice of modern hot beverage dispensers or nostalgic samovars.
Additionally, a Christmas bakery is located in another tent with 9-16 square meters of floor space.
The barbecue tent, beverage stand, and Christmas bakery offer additional seating for the remaining guests.

Of course, the costs for such an event depend on a variety of factors (e.g., the condition of the ground where the marquee is to be set up, the exact food and beverage offerings, etc.). However, we always find it helpful to give you the opportunity to estimate a rough price range when making your plans.

What would a Christmas market be without grilled sausages? Therefore, a barbecue stand is an elementary part of every Christmas market. Of course, the dishes offered are based on your specifications, e.g. grilled food made only from organic meat, vegetarian sausages, or dishes without pork, whereby the dishes without pork are then also prepared on a separate grill.
And it goes without saying that we usually don't serve the food on paper plates, but on porcelain plates and with the right cutlery, so that mountains of waste are avoided.
