The team event:
In any case, such a team event costs the company a lot of money. But the amount of the budget used does not say anything about the success of the event. In any case, we are always amazed at how much money is wasted on boring team building measures. In order to do anything at all, food is always eaten in the same restaurant in Rostock every year, or some kind of event is held at which at least half of those present inconspicuously look around for opportunities to escape. We offer you a selection of team building events in Mecklenburg Vorpommern at which the team members may ask themselves beforehand whether you can do it, and after a successful deed, the shared sense of achievement is all the greater!
Marquee rental + catering:
We have a large pool of outdoor event equipment such as quads, canoes, fun sports equipment, everything you need for a Christmas party, as well as the relevant event technology. All activities can be combined with festival tents from 16 to 72 square meters, optionally equipped with comfortable lounge furniture or hearty beer tent sets. This is the basic building block, so to speak, because a decent meal is simply part of every company outing. Unimportant if the place of you event ist at the Müritz, the Fleesensee or somewhrer else in Mecklenburg Vorpommern, we can take care of the physical well-being of your team members in a pleasant setting. Everyone's amazed when there's not just a sandwich on hand somewhere in the middle of nowhere, but (if you so wish) well-tended 4-star gastronomy awaits your guests. And because there are supposed to be outdoor events that don't take place in summer when the weather is nice, some of our marquees can also be heated. We prefer team events where our guests are not only there and consume some kind of performance, but to which everyone has to contribute. There is of course more choice in summer than in winter.
Summer events:
In summer your company outing can consist of a canoe tour on the river Warnow or a (more or less) adventurous hike, whereby our hikes are always "more than little" adventurous. They can also lead over a rope bridge or through old bunkers, where the team building consists of finding a way in at all. There are also some types of canoe tours. Some guests just want to paddle around, what will be possible on the Müritz - Elde - waterway fpr example, for others some obstacles like the "cataracts" of the river Warnow are the icing on the cake. The adrenaline junkies choose an ATV tour, and the sports enthusiasts, for example, a bubblesoccer tournament on the beach of the Baltic sea. At events in winter the air becomes a bit thinner. Because only really hard-boiled people want to go canoeing in winter, for example. But on the other hand, if you have attended a conference for hours, there has to be a change at some point so that nobody falls asleep. Driving a lap of a quad is always possible, but it's not for everyone either. Another suggestion is one of our adventurous hikes.Some of them lead through old bunkers, for example near Malchow at the Fleesensee. If you then prepare a station with hot soup and mulled wine in such a bunker, it can drizzle a little outside, which is still fun. And if you want to organize an incentive with guaranteed snow, that's no problem either. Then we just bring a load of fresh snow. Christmas Market:
A visit to a Christmas market during Advent is almost mandatory. And so that you don't have to go to the Christmas market, we bring the Christmas market to you. We are building a real Christmas market on your company premises, unimportant if it´s in Hamburg, Rostock or Schwerin, with everything that goes with it. So e.g. freshly grilled sausages, mulled wine, Christmas cookies and also e.g. throwing cans or anything else. In addition, lavish Christmas decorations including (on request) Santa Claus. And because such a company Christmas market is only fun when nobody has to count the individual sausages consumed, we agree a flat rate with you including all food and drinks. Accommodation:
If your company outing includes an overnight stay, but you have not yet found a suitable accommodation, ask us. We are happy to arrange suitable accommodation in Mecklenburg Vorpommern for our guests free of charge. And because it makes little sense if the journey from your accommodation to the starting point of your team excursion takes up too much time, we have included suitable accommodations in the description of most of the activities we offer.
