Team events in winter:
It's an old superstition that outdoor events are only fun in summer. The only difference is that when the weather is nice in summer, even a mediocre event can still be quite fun, whereas in winter everything has to be prepared much more carefully. Especially at conferences, a change must be planned from time to time, preferably with plenty of oxygen supply, because after a while, otherwise, no participant will be receptive. But in winter, of course, the options are somewhat limited. Admittedly, to enjoy a canoe tour on the Warnow in winter, for example, you have to be a real freak.

Hikes:
Please no misunderstandings. Hike here does not mean that a wood sprite in a loden coat walks briskly through the forest with the team and tracks down the winter stocks of squirrels. It's about our adventurous hikes in the form of a scavenger hunt (where you have to solve all sorts of tasks along the way to find the right way). They're fun even when the weather isn't great. In particular, the FLEESENSEE BUNKER CHALLENGE in the ruins of a blown up ammunition factory near Malchow or the middle part of the LÜBZER TRIATHLON on the Müritz - Elde - waterway near Plau am See are well suited as team events in winter. Both lead through abandoned bunkers, which is practical because the original protective effect has become obsolete, but the collateral benefit of bad weather protection has been retained. You can take a short (or longer) break in one of the bunkers without the snow storm letting your fingers freeze off. If there is a cup of hot mulled wine (it can be non-alcoholic) or a hot soup during such a break, bad weather is almost compensated for. And those are just the 2 bunkers that we embedded in a hike. There are many more bunkers around here. With some you first have to climb 4 floors down a ladder in a shaft, with others you have to abseil through the ventilation. It has often happened that guests, after a winter quad tour through Mecklenburg, were of the opinion that good summer weather was rather detrimental to the fun. Because driving a quad is only really fun if you get dirty on the way. Because we (also) see it that way, we also advertise our quad rental with a "dirty guarantee". So put on suitable clothes and spare clothes with you, then nothing stands in the way of a hearty quad tour in winter. Incidentally, we can also deliver the quads to your conference location, e.g. to Rostock or Göhren Lebbin, so that you do not have to spend any time getting there and back. In the summer, this needs to be well thought out, because there is simply great quad off-road terrain around our Lübz location. But in winter there are actually bad (good for quad biking) paths everywhere. Zorbing:
In summer, our zorb balls are more suitable for rolling around on the Müritz, for example. But the Zorb balls are actually intended for 2 daring "Zorbonauts" to buckle up with the belts attached inside and then roll down mountains. 2 "Zorbonauts" should each enter the zorb ball, because the ball is then nicely balanced and rolls far. We then look for a suitable area with beautiful hills and obstacle-free run. And then everyone gets nice and warm. The 2 inside because they're probably sweating from the cold, the other because they have to roll the zorb ball back up the hill after the ride. At every event there are moments of standstill. Be it because not all participants arrive at one point at the same time, be it because a break is simply necessary. This part of an event is often underestimated, although it is very important. Imagine your guests have gone on an exciting trip, the atmosphere is actually great, but now everyone is standing in the gentle drizzle and has to wait for the bus that will take them back to the hotel in Schwerin. But things get bad very quickly. But if there is a heated marquee and there is a glass of mulled wine, all participants can talk about the adventures they have experienced. Snow:
Of course, it would be perfect if snow actually fell from the sky during your winter conference. You could go out in between, maybe a little tobogganing, definitely a snowball fight. Or just watch the snowflakes dance with a mulled wine in your hand. If it's just for looks, we can put up a few "snow machines". It doesn't really snow, but flakes based on soap foam that look pretty real. But if you want your winter event to have the appropriate real wintry feel, that's no problem either. Then we'll bring a load of real snow with us. Then we add a bar with suitable drinks, and nothing stands in the way of a completely weather-independent snowball fight.
