Bad weather may still be tolerable during an activity, but if you have to eat your meal unprotected in the gentle northern German drizzle on the Müritz beach, that's no longer so great. In addition, such a marquee, which is possibly a landmark that can be seen from afar, is always a clear starting point. If there is to be a meal during one of our events, we always recommend setting up a marquee.

Toilets:
Gender equality or not, toilets are a more important issue for women than for men.
To solve the problem, you can simply set up a mobile toilet house. But honestly: Do you know anyone who likes to visit a plastic toilet house with an "outhouse"? Not me.
And if the whole event already has a high-quality impression, then it somehow doesn't fit to solve the toilet question in such an uncharming way. As a solution, we offer a separate sanitary tent. This is equipped with a ship's toilet, which is flushed by a hand pump. There is also a real sink with running water.
The prices:
Of course, it is always difficult to give "into the blue" prices. On the other hand, as an interested party, you would like to have at least an idea of the price ranges in which the offers are in order to be able to assess whether this is even an option. That's why we're giving some prices for events in the Baltic Sea, Rostock, Müritz, Fleesensee area. It should be noted that prices may vary depending on the exact circumstances, and only apply together with one of our team activities:
For a small group of up to 15 people, a cold buffet in the pagoda tent with garden furniture from €30.00 per person (regardless of the number of people, however, at least €250.00). If you also want to grill, add € 10.00 per person.
For groups of 16 or more people Star tent with garden furniture + separate pagoda tent for the cold buffet from € 30.00 per person. If you also want to grill, add € 10.00 per person.

The food + drinks:
Just as your colleagues on the board will probably be dissatisfied if you make a stopover in Rostock Lichtenhagen at your trusted fries stand and serve a wrinkled currywurst with limp fries, it would be inappropriate to offer a 4-course meal during a rustic company outing.
So first the selection of the team building activities, then the selection of the appropriate food and drinks.
The most popular option is the cold buffet.
Fresh baker's rolls, various types of cold cuts and cheese, various salads, side dishes and desserts are always offered. But caviar appetizers, melon with ham or mozzarella with tomatoes are also common catering items.
On request, we can also offer freshly grilled dishes. The classic - the grilled sausages - is always the most popular at the same time. But the "basic equipment" always includes chops and chicken wings. If, for example, vegetarians or Muslims are present, we naturally also have suitable grilled food for these guests.
If a rustic cold buffet does not suit the occasion (or the requirements), a hot buffet is also possible.
Since it would hardly go together if high-quality food were served on paper plates, we generally avoid using disposable plates and cutlery as far as possible, but serve our food on porcelain plates and with the right cutlery. Drinks are served in glasses or porcelain cups.

But even the most spectacular team event is worth nothing if the participants are hungry or there is bad or inappropriate food. You should therefore give at least as much care to the food/catering as you do when choosing the activity. It would be easy if your team building activity happened to take you past a restaurant at lunchtime. But if it's an outdoor activity somewhere in nature and not a city rally in Schwerin, that's rather unlikely. If you don't want to cut back on the activity, the restaurant has to come to your event.
